Incentive solutions for business customers
Customers of ALDI NORD and ALDI SÜD can use the new web-shop to purchase ALDI vouchers for their employees, business partners or for charitable activities. The gift vouchers can either be topped up with a fixed value or an individual desired amount, cards can be ordered home or alternatively printed out as PDF vouchers.
Digital donation vouchers
epay handles the entire digital voucher solution via its technical platform. This includes the payment and authorization processes, the sending of the thank-you letter to the consumers, the daily automatic forwarding of the collected vouchers as PDF to the aid organization and the reporting to the merchant.

The collaboration between ALDI SÜD and epay includes recurring monthly add-on promotions in the valuable non-food segment. Customers will receive for example an ALDI SÜD gift card when they buy selected promotional items.

cadooz, an incentives specialist and business unit of epay, implemented the new rewards shop for BonusCard.ch AG, one of the most popular rewards programs in Switzerland.
A special challenge was the integration of the redemption store into the existing rewards system as well as the implementation of various interfaces, e.g. for recharging points. In addition, a flexible redemption system had to be developed, as the cards are available in different forms (Visa Bonus Card Classic, Gold and Exclusive, LibertyCard and LibertyCard plus). The store had to be able to display different rewards for the various credit cards.
Since the new rewards shop went live in March 2019, there has been a significant increase in the number of rewards collected – an indication that users are convinced by the convenience and user-friendliness of the digital store.

Digital Kiosks
A pilot project initiated by the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken shows how bank branches can be turned into modern points of sales by considering how they are to be economically viable, to constantly meet customer demand and fulfil the role of the people’s local bank.
The VR kiosk hopes to do exactly that. The integrated epay app offers access to more than 60 gift card and cell phone products that can be purchased via the VR eKiosk. Because the VR eKiosks are self-service terminals, they can be accessed independently of the branch’s opening hours. It allows users to buy, pay for, and immediately print out prepaid cell phone cards, vouchers, gift cards and tickets i.e for concerts.
This solution creates a connected consumer environment able to both promote customer loyalty and appeal to new and attractive target groups.
