Physical Retail Channel via Digital delivery (SMS)

For the first time in the Indian market, Indian consumers are able to purchase digital codes in a physical store/supermarket which can be delivered instantly via their email accounts or through a text message (SMS) in a secure manner, using epay’s world class electronic transaction processing services.

These digital gift codes act as payment instruments for making e-commerce purchases and as effective alternatives to other conventional means of payment. The customer will not just be able to gift these codes, but also use them for self-consumption on various platforms.

The solution does not require investments in dedicated hardware infrastructures, nor in specialised staff at the points-of-sale.

Google Play Recharge Code

Google Play gift cards are popular with consumers to give as gifts or for self-use. Users can buy music, books, magazines, movies and Android applications with the gift cards. epay India worked with Google for distribution of these Google Play e-Codes across online retailers and platforms.

With this launch, a digital form of this product ‘Google Play recharge code’ was made available to Indian consumers for the first time.

Customers make payment of a desired amount using the Google Play category icon on the popular payment wallet platforms such as Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, PayzApp, iMobile etc. to receive a Google Play recharge code on their registered email ID and mobile number. The recharge codes can then be used to purchase digital content on the Google Play Store like movies, games, e-books, android paid apps and so on.

epay India worked with Norton LifeLock, a global leader in consumer Cyber Security, to distribute comprehensive security subscription packages that will take all-round care of security of their devices as well as Identity.

Norton’s three convenient subscription models (3, 6 & 12 months) help secure their smartphone and PCs with Norton LifeLock’s comprehensive Cyber Safety solutions. Euronet worked alongside Norton to implement an automatic renewal subscription service which is an easy way to get automatically billed each month or year, depending on the plan selection, so the user’s protection is up to date and active without having to worry about it.

The consumers will be able to choose from the three subscription models and can easily purchase the subscription by going on the popular payment apps and selecting the offer that is best suited to them. On purchase, a code will be auto-generated, which can be used to get their anti-virus activated on the Norton LifeLock website.
